One Grooms Cottage, Dunster

One Grooms Cottage is a traditional stone-built property in Dunster, recently renovated to offer luxury holiday accommodation for up to 6 guests, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The cottage is beautifully presented throughout with a range of smart technology, including Sky, Netflix and OTA Home. The accommodation is arranged over two levels. Entering on the upper level, a few steps lead down to the well-equipped kitchen, fitted with an electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine and Hotel Chocolat Velvetiser, plus OTA Home. Double doors open into the dining room, with a solid oak table seating eight and a matching oak desk. The spacious sitting room, also on this level, has a 55-inch Smart TV with Bose soundbar. Downstairs are the three bedrooms: two king-sized doubles (one with dressing table, double wardrobe and OTA Home, the other en-suite with a shower room comprising shower, toilet and hand basin) and one twin bedroom. The family bathroom has a free-standing bath with shower over, toilet, hand basin, lighting mirror with Wi-Fi and built-in speakers, and even a bathroom TV. A utility cupboard downstairs houses an iron, ironing board and suitcase storage, while the washing machine and dryer are in the back courtyard. Wi-Fi is available throughout, boosted by a BT Home Hub, and central heating can be adjusted to suit. Electricity and heating costs, along with bed linen and towels, are included. Outside, there is a small courtyard with table and chairs, accessed via one of the bedrooms. Off-road parking is provided for up to two cars on the driveway, in the area marked for One Grooms Cottage. The cottage is suitable for children, with a stair gate fitted and a highchair and travel cot available on request. Up to two very well-behaved dogs are welcome by prior arrangement for a supplement of GBP 15 per dog; dogs should be kept off furniture and out of bedrooms, and not left alone in the property.
