- Lake Hamilton's water levels decrease by roughly 5 feet in the winter (November-March) and may not be suitable for boating during these months
- Your safety matters. This property features 4 exterior security cameras. These cameras are outward facing and do not look into any interior spaces. Camera 1 is located on the front of the house facing the driveway. Camera 2 is located on the back porch facing the pool. Camera 3 is located on the back of the home facing the backyard. Camera 4 is located in the front yard facing the driveway. These cameras continuously record video and audio. There are monitors in the kitchen and bathroom of bedroom 1 that provide live security feeds from the outdoor cameras
