Si access and neighborhood
Set within a ski-in/ski-out neighborhood, you can access the slopes without driving or taking transportation, with the added benefit of a private gondola leading to Creekside Village. Please note that ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. For the latest up-to-date ski access details, please contact our Guest Services team shortly before your arrival. Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
Kadenwood offers the luxury of ski-in/ski-out access and a private gondola, making mountain living effortless. Given its secluded and exclusive setting, our team is happy to assist with organizing a rental vehicle or private car service for seamless access to dining, shopping, and exploring Whistler beyond Creekside.
• Kadenwood construction. As one of the newer neighbourhoods in Whistler, several homes remain under construction in Kadenwood. Construction is permitted from 7 am - 8 pm. Guests may experience some construction noise, and scaffolding and a crane from the nearby development may be visible.
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
