Soft snow settles along the forest line as you step into a calm, wintry quiet, the mountains rising just beyond the windows. Evenings unfold beside the glow of the indoor fireplace, and time slows as you settle into warm interiors after a day on the slopes. With ski trails a short walk away and peaceful views surrounding you, this chalet offers a comfortable retreat for winter days spent outdoors and slow nights spent unwinding inside.
Sleeping arrangements
Spread across two levels and 4,646 square feet, the home sleeps up to twelve guests in five bedrooms. The primary suite includes a king bed, walk-in closet, seating area, and an ensuite with a deep soaker tub, double vanity, and walk-in shower. A secondary suite also features a king bed, walk-in closet, and an ensuite with its own soaker tub and double vanity. The third bedroom offers king-split beds with an ensuite walk-in shower, while the fourth includes two bunk beds and an ensuite shower. On the lower level, the fifth bedroom has a queen bed, an ensuite with a steam-room shower, and a secondary entrance.
Outdoor living
Floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors open to a patio where forested and valley views frame the winter landscape. After time on the nearby ski slopes, you can warm up in the private hot tub or gather around the fire pit. Outdoor furniture and an outdoor dining area are available, and a BBQ grill provides additional cooking options when the weather allows.
Kitchen and dining
The kitchen offers Brazilian quartzite counters, custom white oak cabinetry, and high-end appliances, with a breakfast bar and a separate prep kitchen for group meals. The dining table seats ten beside tall windows that look into the trees, while a wine room and indoor mini bar add to the experience.
Leisure and comfort
Inside, a media room with plush seating, a foosball table, and a stone gas fireplace offers a cozy spot to relax. A stationary bike is available for exercise, and a dedicated workspace with a desk and office chair provides room for focused tasks. Heating, portable fans, and laundry facilities support comfort during longer stays, while a safe and ample storage help keep belongings organized.
Neighborhood
Located in the Kadenwood neighborhood, the chalet offers ski-in access via a one-minute walk to the Lower Peak to Creek trail, with ski-in return options through Upper Kadenwood, Big Timber, or Home Run. Guests can also reach the private Kadenwood Gondola by a 15-minute walk or a 3-minute drive, connecting to Creekside Village in four minutes.

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
Kadenwood offers the luxury of ski-in/ski-out access and a private gondola, making mountain living effortless. Given its secluded and exclusive setting, our team is happy to assist with organizing a rental vehicle or private car service for seamless access to dining, shopping, and exploring Whistler beyond Creekside.
• Construction. As one of the newer neighbourhoods in Whistler, Kadenwood has several homes that remain under construction. Construction is typically active from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., but is permitted from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Guests may experience construction noise from machinery, cranes, other construction-related vehicles, and workers. During the summer months, accommodation rates have been adjusted as compensation for any potential disturbances from nearby construction. We won’t offer additional compensation for construction disturbances. We’re sorry for any inconvenience.

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
