This magnificent villa, completely renovated and modernised, is located in an enviable location with spectacular views of Cala Galdana beach. The views from the rear terrace, gardens and pool area are simply stunning. At the front, the property has a spacious plot and benefits from a semicircular path with two accesses, which provides convenience. It has a very convenient location, the villa is located just 600 metres from the beach, as well as shops and restaurants. The villa has five double bedrooms: four of them with single beds and one with a double bed. It has three bathrooms, two with bathtubs and one with a shower. All rooms in the house are equipped with air conditioning with sensors. In the exterior, the property offers a splendid terrace with views of the sea and Cala Galdana beach, equipped with a built-in barbecue, outdoor furniture and sun loungers for up to 10 people, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings.
