The spacious living room features a beautiful view of the lake and lots of natural light. The well-stocked kitchen comes equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, a large sink, and hard-surface countertops. Two coffee makers, dishes, and drinkware are provided along with all of the utensils and accessories you need to help whip up mealtime masterpieces for your entire crew. When it's time to eat, choose from a combination of indoor seating as well as several tables and chairs on the main deck and tiki bar area. There you'll find an outdoor kitchen complete with a sink, beverage fridge, and gas grill. Start your day with coffee and breakfast on the sprawling deck, complete with tables, chairs, umbrellas, two chaise lounges, and a hammock for relaxing. Make your way down to your private, covered dock (located at the bottom of the hill) for a day of swimming, sunning, and other lake activities. In the evening, meet up around the wood-burning fire pit out back and watch the stars come out over the lake as you share stories, roast marshmallows, and make plans for your upcoming vacation days. Once you move back indoors, switch on the central air-conditioning and settle into the living area to stream all your favorite channels on the Smart TV. This 2-story home includes 4 bedrooms, 3 of which boast nice views of the lake. There is a well-appointed home office, with a desk, chair, Smart TV, and queen bed off of the kitchen and dining area.

Located on the West Fork Trinity River, Lake Bridgeport is nearly 12,000 acres, 170 miles of shoreline, and 85-feet max depth. Activities include fishing (the lake is known for large, small, white, and palmetto bass, catfish, crappie, and sunfish.) Other things to do include hiking, biking, swimming, canoeing, kayaking, and boating. A public boat ramp is located less than 2 miles from the house. Runaway Bay Golf Club and Resort is located less than 7 miles away. It's just a quick drive to town for groceries at Brookshire's or to visit downtown Bridgeport, where you'll find shops, restaurants, a winery, and a distillery. Runaway Bay Public Swimming Beach is 5.4 miles away and Endeavor Bridgeport Adventure Park Hike and Bike Trail is a few miles further.
