If you get hungry, head into the kitchen and cook up a delectable meal for you and your friends. Right on the cove of Lake Sinclair, you'll be able to walk close to the shimmering waters and admire its beauty. Explore miles of secluded creeks on the home's provided kayaks and canoes with zero houses in sight and with plenty of wild life; additional boat rentals nearby at the many marinas. Enjoy the refreshing breeze as you sip on some tasty drinks on the deck. This home comes with a boathouse for your convenience as well. You'll have your own firepit and fireplace as well to ward off the cold for those chilly nights. Play safely in the yard with the new black and modern-looking fencing added to the property, great for keeping up with the kids and dogs. There is plenty of parking spaces (four), so be sure to bring all your loved ones!

You'll be able to take a drive to Eatonton and Milledgeville, where you can treat your guests to a wonderful day out on the town.
