Located in the Old Town Bay area, this serene home is nestled in a golf cart town two blocks away from the beach with 12 miles of coastline! When your toes aren't dug into the warm sand, cast your line as the area is known for its excellent fishing, or head for one of the city's many great eateries and shops. On days you don't want to go too far, simply sit and relax on the home's charming front porch - sipping some tea and visiting with your loved ones.

Inside, discover updated, bright, and spacious living quarters. The oversized sofa in the living room offers a comforting space to sit, warm up by the heat of the fireplace, and watch your favorite shows. The adjacent full kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a farmhouse sink, a large center island, and gleaming countertops. Also off this space, appreciate having access to a private washer/dryer and a high-stool work area.
The bedrooms each come complete with a private TV, soft linens, simple decorations, and ample storage space. The sizable bathrooms are tiled and clean - one featuring a soaking tub and the other, a walk-in shower.
Before slipping into bed each evening, tune the central air-conditioning to your liking and get ready to dream sweet dreams. Additional amenities include corn hole boards, beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler, a 80lb ice maker machine (for coolers), a wine fridge, outside dining and seating, and access to locked shed.

You will be in a Mardi Gras parade route! You are 45 min to New Orleans, 30 to Gulfport, and 45 to Biloxi.
