The 200sq.m. villa sits in a 950sq.m. plot of land and constitutes of two floors.The villa has a large private pool with a salt system and a smaller one for children, as well as a barbeque, a wood-oven, garden furniture and sezlongs around the pool.
On the first floor one can find the sitting room with its fireplace, the luxurious dining room, the fully equipped, traditional kitchen, a double bedroom and the bathroom.
The indoor stairway leads to the second floor, where a bedroom with a private bathroom and a hydromassage system, a double bedroom with a private bathroom equipped with a bathtub and a single bedroom can be found.
Every room offers air-conditioning and is surrounded by balconies, from which the magnificent view can be enjoyed. An autonomous 50sq.m. apartment can also be found at the ground floor.
