This is a spacious and recently refurbished duplex with 2 bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms. This spacious property offers plenty of room to relax in the living room or its roof terrace
The property is split over 2 floors (and 2 mezzanines). Entrance is on the 1st floor of a terraced building. There is no lift.
Ideal for families, colleagues, or friends. A short walk to the river and Vauxhall station (<5min walk), ideal for exploring London.
Welcome to your home away from home!
This is a modern and spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom duplex apartment. It has been recently redecorated so all the furniture and equipment is new and as per the photos.
We share the main entrance with another apartment. The entrance to ours is located on the 1st floor but everything is then nicely distributed over 2 floors and 2 mezzanines. Please note that there are many steps so it is not ideal for people with limited mobility and you will need to be careful with your children.
Mezzanine 1:
As you enter, you’ll need to go up 6 more steps. You will then find the first bedroom. It contains a double bed, some storage space for your belongings, and an ensuite modern bathroom with walk-in shower
2nd floor:
Go up 9 steps and you will get to the 2nd floor. You will be greeted by a spacious living room featuring a comfortable seating area with a large smart TV - perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring. The living room seamlessly connects to a fully equipped kitchen and dining table.
Mezzanine 2:
9 more steps will lead you to our roof terrace, where we will place a table and chairs for you to enjoy alfresco on a sunny day.
3rd floor:
This is the attic. It features the 2nd bedroom, with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is also space for your belongings and a desk for those who need to work from home.
Please note that we have cameras by the front entrance (outside and inside). This is for security and insurance purposes. There are no cameras inside the apartment.
From the top floors, you can hear the iconic sounds of Big Ben at night and enjoy views of the London Eye!
We can book permits for street parking for £30/day, subject to availability and to be requested in advance

You will have the entire property for yourselves, with access to an equipped flat with kitchen appliances and modern amenities.
We recommend downloading the CITYMAPPER app to plan your journey. It is the best tool to navigate around London and it takes transport disruption into account. Use our postcode for more precise directions. OTA Maps is also recommended.
Nearest transport:
Underground: the nearest station is Vauxhall (Victoria Line) within a 5min walk or Oval (Northern Line) within a 10min walk
Train: Vauxhall rail station is within a 5min walk. It takes you towards Waterloo or Clapham and beyond
Direct bus links from Vauxhall station to many of London’s top attractions, including Tate Modern, the Tower of London, and the shops of Oxford Street
We require our guests to observe our quiet hours (9pm to 9am) and not play music or be loud at the terrace. Many of our neighbours have kids or work on the next day. Not observing this rule may result in an immediate termination of your rental.
Maximum number of guests: please note we can only accept 5 guests if it is a family with kids
ID Verification:
The main guest must provide a photo of an official ID prior to your arrival or at check-in (photo of ID to be taken alongside the keys we provide for your stay). This is a standard security measure based on past experiences. We need to confirm that you are the same person who made the reservation and who will be responsible for the keys and the property.
Check-In / Check-Out:
- Check-in: From 3 PM
- Check-out: By 11 AM
- Please contact us promptly if your arrival time changes. Same-day changes to check-in time may incur an additional fee if not communicated in advance
Late/Early Check-In & Late Check-Out are subject to availability and to be agreed in advance. We can only confirm within a few days prior to your arrival/departure date.
- Early check-in: we try to be as flexible as possible. We may agree to this when a self check-in is required or may be available for a fee.
- Free luggage drop-off: usually from 12pm but to be agreed in advance. Our team can provide the keys but we kindly request our guests to then leave so our housekeeper can do her job properly.
- Late check-in: please communicate in advance so we can confirm if it is possible. We cannot guarantee this is possible for last minute reservations. A fee may apply.
- Late check-out: please communicate in advance so we can confirm if it is possible or if we can keep your luggage for a few hours.
- Late check-out without prior agreement: £50/hour or fraction
Security Deposit:
We reserve the right to request a security deposit for direct reservations or via platforms (other than OTA). This is to be paid prior to your arrival date. The security deposit is refundable after your departure provided there is no damage to the property or its contents, loss of keys, or breach of our House Rules. We will reach out with any questions for potential claims and will confirm its total or partial return after we clean/inspect the property.
Sleeping Arrangements: please let us know how many guests and beds you require so we can prepare accordingly
- Infants are charged at £18/night. OTA or other platforms do not apply this automatically so we will send you a request to cover this cost. Please let us know if you require a baby cot so we can try to organise this.
- An extra bed (premium inflatable bed in the living room) is automatically offered for parties of our maximum number of guests, which is 5. It is also possible for smaller parties of 3-4 people who may want to sleep separately. This is to be agreed and paid for in advance. A one-off extra fee of £35 applies for setup and laundry service. Please note that for same-day reservations we may not be able to set up the extra bed (at least not for the first night).
Additional Charges: We reserve the right to charge fees for:
- Breach of our House Rules
- Complaints from neighbours
- Lost, unreturned, or damaged keys
- Excessive rubbish or cleaning required after departure

Vauxhall and Oval, situated across the river from Pimlico and Westminster, boasts some of London's most charming garden squares. Enjoy leafy Bonnington Square with its excellent and affordable vegetarian restaurant, The Bonnington Cafe, and the charming Italo deli. Brunswick House offers a unique dining experience in an antique-filled Georgian mansion. For leisure, head to the Oval Cricket Ground. Vauxhall's residents are a mix of young professionals, intellectuals, and a large LGBTQ+ community. The Victoria Line takes you to Oxford Circus in about ten minutes, making Vauxhall a great base for exploring the city.
