The villa sprawls across 3 floors. On the first floor there is an extremely spacious master bedroom with lounge area, a large en suite and a fireplace, sun loungers and a sitting area. On the middle floor there are 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Each bedroom has its own direct access to the pool deck. On the same floor there is a spacious and beautifully designed open-plan kitchen, fully-equipped with all the modern appliances, a lounge area and a dining area. On the lower floor there are 2 twin bedrooms and a double bedroom, each with an en-suite bathroom. Additionally, there is a laundry room and an entrance to a garage. Outside, there is a stylish and of substantial size (140 m2) infinity swimming pool, which is filled with crystal-clear, fresh water. For children there is a small safe pool to the side (20 m2).  There are 10 sunbeds, a large lounge, 2 sitting areas, a built-in BBQ, a herb garden, lawns to the front and back of the property, parking and other necessary facilities tthat make this the perfect place to stay. This villa is an ideal venue for a wedding ceremony and reception. Please note that an additional event charge is 750€ per event. All events should not exceed 50 guests.
