Stairs: Please be aware that this is a multi-level home with a unique architectural design. Guests must be comfortable using stairs to access all areas of the house and property. Walking on the course is reserved for paid golfers only. Pet Policy: To maintain the condition of the home and for the comfort of future guests, we have a strict no-pet policy. Legally recognized service animals are the only exception. Quiet Hours: To respect our neighbors and the serene setting, we strictly enforce Sonoma County’s quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM. No parties or events are permitted. 📌Please note that during the rainy season (typically October through March), outdoor furniture cushions are stored away to protect them from the elements and ensure they remain clean and dry.
