Situated between the popular resorts of Kassiopi and Agios Stefanos, Villa Gilia has a great position, also within a very short drive to Avlaki beach with a choice of waterside tavernas, just a short five minute drive away.
The villa offers a welcoming and comfortable layout designed for relaxation and easy indoor–outdoor living.
On the ground floor, there is an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area equipped with satellite TV, a DVD player and a Bluetooth speaker. The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. On this level, you will also find a double bedroom with its own en suite bathroom.
The first floor features two twin bedrooms (90 cm x 200 cm beds), each with its own en suite bathroom and private balcony, ideal for enjoying the surrounding views.
The outdoor spaces are perfect for relaxing and entertaining, with comfortable dining and lounge areas, a traditional stone barbecue, a pool terrace and a private swimming pool measuring 29 ft x 16 ft (minimum depth 3 ft – maximum depth 6 ft).
