Spanning 130 m² within a private 500 m² plot, the villa offers a serene setting for families or friends who wish to experience authentic Cretan living close to both the sea and the city. Designed in the warm, rustic style of Crete, the villa features handcrafted wooden furniture and a cozy atmosphere throughout. The ground floor hosts a spacious living room with a fireplace and a sofa that can also be turned into a bed, comfortably accommodating two additional guests. The same level includes a welcoming dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a twin bedroom, and a bathroom with a bathtub and washing machine, conveniently located outside the bedroom. Large doors open to the garden and pool terrace, where guests can relax surrounded by olive trees and fragrant herbs. On the upper floor, two more bedrooms—one with a king-size bed and one with twin beds—share a second bathroom with a bathtub. Both rooms open onto a furnished balcony with views of the sea and the oak-covered hills, perfect for enjoying a quiet morning coffee or an evening drink while taking in the peaceful surroundings.
