Villa Kas Bon Bida, located within the secure and peaceful Marbella Estate in Jan Thiel, is available year-round as your ideal vacation rental.
This well-maintained villa is fully equipped for up to 6 guests and features:

Inside, the villa offers all the comforts of home: a washing machine, dishwasher, American-style refrigerator, BBQ, and of course free WiFi. For added peace of mind, the home is secured with shutters and an alarm system.
Marbella Estate is a small, gated villa park with two controlled access gates and a large communal swimming pool, conveniently located just a short stroll from the villa. The area is known for its friendly atmosphere, safety, and excellent location—only moments away from the scenic Spanish Water and the vibrant Jan Thiel Beach.

Practical Information:
Below the villa is a separate apartment, which is also rented out. The villa and the apartment share the driveway, but each has its own private entrance. If you’re traveling with a larger group, you can book both the villa and the apartment together, offering a total of 5 bedrooms for up to 10 guests.
Our nightly rate covers the accommodation and WIFI. In addition, a fixed utility fee per night will be charged to cover water and electricity usage. To support sustainability and avoid unnecessary charges, we kindly ask guests to use utilities responsibly.
A one-time cleaning fee is also applied per stay. This includes professional cleaning before arrival and standard check-out cleaning. Please note that if excessive cleaning is required, additional charges may apply at the guest’s expense. Mid-stay cleanings are available upon request for an extra fee and includes fresh linens and towels.
