With an area of approximately 50 m², it offers functional and well-distributed space. The apartment has an elevator, wifi internet connection, air conditioning and heating, as well as a television for your moments of relaxation. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven and freezer, perfect for those who prefer to cook at home. The bedroom includes a comfortable double bed that guarantees restful sleep after a day exploring the city. Located in one of the most dynamic areas of Madrid, you will be surrounded by shops, restaurants, leisure areas and excellent public transportation connections. Everything you need to enjoy a complete experience in the capital. The pool is available during the summer season, generally between mid-June and mid-September. The dates may vary slightly each year. For stays of 28 days or more, take into account the following information: 1. You will need to sign a temporary rental contract. 2. Public utilities such as electricity, water, or gas combined will be covered up to a total of 100 EUR per month. Any excess will be charged through the resolution center once the invoices are available. Internet is free for all stays and will not be taken into account here. 3. You will have to assume an additional fee for administrative services set at 150 EUR.
