Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax There is a late check out fee of $75.00 + tax if available, and authorized. Early check-in IF available is: 12pm: $100+taxes 1pm: $75+taxes 2pm: $50+taxes 3pm: $35+taxes HOUSE RULES No smoking allowed on the property to preserve its charm. No parties or events permitted. Quiet hours are enforced from 9 PM to 9 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors. Noise Levels: Please keep noise levels low, especially in the evenings. Be considerate of the neighbors to maintain a serene atmosphere for everyone. Primary renters must be 25 years or older. A signed rental contract is required after reservation confirmation. Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week. SECURITY There are multiple cameras on the exterior of the property. Please note, Property Manager does not hold ownership nor have access to the cameras on-site.
