Essentials included: paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish soap, dishwasher soap, and hand soap. While there may be condiments or coffee available, we cannot guarantee specific items. PET POLICY Pets are considered; however, we ask that you keep 4 on the floor, as we say in our house. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beddings. We allow one small to medium size dog (max 25 lbs.) Pet fee is $50 non-refundable. Please pick up after pets outside. No vicious breeds are permitted. No other pets are allowed without Manager approval. ADDITIONAL AMENITIES (All items listed below are available upon request, $40 per item + tax) Pack N Play High Chair Air Mattress HOUSE RULES Primary renters must be 25 years or older. No smoking allowed on the property to preserve its charm. No parties or events permitted. A signed rental contract is required after reservation confirmation. Quiet hours are enforced from 9 PM to 9 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors. Maximum of 6 adults plus their dependent children are allowed. This property is not for nuisance parties or unlawful gatherings Please keep noise levels low, especially in the evenings. Be considerate of the neighbors to maintain a serene atmosphere for everyone. Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week. A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed. Landscape vendors access the home once per week and have access to the backyard. Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Please reach out 1–2 days prior to check-in to inquire about pricing and availability. SECURITY Outdoor security cameras are installed, facing the front and back entrances for guest safety. Property Manager does not own or have access to the cameras on-site.
