The property has two bedrooms, one with a double bed, TV, and views of the beautiful courtyard of the property, the second has a cozy space with a low double bed since it is located at height. Also, you will find a comfortable and spacious living room to pleasantly enjoy the best moments with a four-seat dining area to have your snacks from this cozy place, comfortable sofa and fully equipped open design kitchen with all the utensils you need to prepare your favorite recipes. The property also has two bathrooms with shower and WC. This property is perfect for tourists, families, and remote workers because it provides a cozy, nice space and is located near the main points and stations of the city.

This excellent apartment has an ideal location, between the Fuencarral and Hortaleza districts, one of the best areas of Madrid. The Malasaña neighborhood is known as the Soho of Madrid, a neighborhood with a lively and youthful atmosphere full of alternative and modern shops, as well as terraces, bars, and restaurants. In just a few minutes walking, you will find Gran Vía, the Madrid "Broadway", a street full of stimuli thanks to its cinemas, theaters, restaurants, and large stores.
The apartment is located three minutes walking from the Tribunal metro station and has a variety of bus stations around. Additionally, you will find the Bicimad station just 4 minutes walking on Barceló Street, so you can rent electric bicycles to tour the city in a healthy, fun, and ecological way.
For stays of 28 days or more, take into account the following information:
1. You must sign a temporary lease contract.
2. Public utilities such as electricity, water, or gas combined will be covered up to a total of 150 EUR per month. Any excess will be charged through the resolution center once the invoices are available. Internet is free for all stays and will not be taken into account here.
3. You shall assume an additional fee for administrative services set at 175 EUR.
