- The homeowner lives next door, in a separate unit with a separate entrance, and may be present during your stay; they share the driveway and building entry stairs
- Four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive is recommended in the winter months to access the property
- Your safety matters. This property features 2 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is located on the roof of the exterior common entry stairway, looking at the storage shed and driveway, and camera 2 is a Ring doorbell on the homeowner's front door, which guests pass by to reach their unit. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. Both cameras record video and sound when motion is detected
