Designed for comfort and slow mornings, this luminous home expands onto an oversized private balcony—a true extra room outdoors. Enjoy an al-fresco meal at the dining table, stretch out on the large outdoor sofa, or sunbathe on the lounger in total quiet. Indoors, the bright living area flows into a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook at home. The bedroom features a comfortable double bed and generous storage. The living room hosts a quality sofa bed that opens for two additional guests, bringing capacity to four. The modern bathroom includes a walk-in shower and hotel-grade towels. Located on the 4th floor, the apartment is remarkably silent for the city—perfect for work, rest and long evenings on the balcony.
Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment and the large private balcony. Self check-in can be arranged; otherwise we’ll welcome you in person and show you around. You’ll find fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning/heating, fresh linens and towels, and a well-appointed kitchen with cookware, utensils and tableware. Coffee maker, kettle and basic pantry items are provided to get you started. Via Accademia connects you quickly to central Milan and Città Studi. Bus and tram stops are a short walk away, taking you towards Corso Buenos Aires, Centrale and Lambrate. The nearest metro on line M2 (Piola or Udine, depending on your route) links you to the Duomo and Brera in about 15–20 minutes. Ridesharing and taxis are readily available. Arriving by car? Street parking can be found in the area, with public garages within a short drive. Everyday essentials are close by: supermarkets, pharmacies, cafés and bakeries. If you prefer cycling, Milan’s bike-sharing docks are nearby and the streets are easy to navigate.
