WHAT WE OFFER: 🏡 SPACIOUS & COMFORTABLE BEDROOMS ▪️ Our lovely breezy home has a unique twist: Main house includes 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Sofabed & 2 bathrooms, while the detached cozy studio suite in the back boasts high ceilings, kitchenette, Murphy Queen bed, and bathroom. Perfect for couples or grandparents who want some peace and quiet away from the main house. ▪️ There are A/C mini-splits and a portable A/C unit in each bedroom, but the rest of the house has fans. Always cool inside. ▪️ Blackout curtains for our travel nurses and light-sensitive. 🍽️ FULLY STOCKED KITCHEN & DINING ▪️ Equipped with everything you need, from cookware to coffee makers, Coffee/Tea, Water Kettle, and BBQ utensils, etc. ▪️ Back studio kitchenette with essentials. 💻 WORK & ENTERTAINMENT AMENITIES ▪️ Blazing-fast Wi-Fi for our remote workers and digital nomads. 🅿️ PARKING ▪️ 1 free parking spot and street parking is available, but tight on the weekends and evenings. But we have one free parking spot in the back, and a second can be purchased if needed. 🛡️ SECURITY & SAFETY ▪️ Safety Features – 24/7 monitored security with exterior cameras. ▪️ This property is equipped with a device that monitors the environment inside the property (including noise levels, temperature, and motion) to ensure guests have a pleasant stay and our neighbors are not disturbed. 🚙 TRANSPORTATION ▪️ Buses, Ubers, and Lyfts abound nearby! 🗑️ LAUNDRY ▪️ Washer & dryer are in the unit. 🌅 OUTDOOR BLISS ▪️Our cozy front yard is perfect for outdoor sitting and dining. Enjoy our sizable backyard, which is large enough for a full dining area, a fire pit, BBQ, sitting corner, and space to spare. 📞 I’m just a call or text away at any given moment, and live nearby, and regularly check on my properties. Our handyman is just down the block and can be summoned quickly as well. Walkability to everything "OB" has to offer is reminiscent of a bygone era where cars were less necessary.
