The Space: Set within a modern development, this stunning apartment has been finished to a high standard and features comfortable furnishings and modern appliances. The open plan living area is comprised of a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals at home, a dining table, sofa and smart Tv. There is high speed wifi throughout the apartment. The cosy and bright bedroom features plenty of storage space for clothes and a comfortable bed made up with crisp hotel linen. The modern family bathroom has a shower and bath, toilet and sink, as well as complimentary toiletries with fluffy towels for your use. There is also parking available for 2 cars. Guest Access: Guests have sole access to the property. The Neighborhood: Located between central Manchester and Salford, at about 25 minutes walk in either direction, this is the perfect base to explore all that Manchester has to offer. On your doorstep there are a number of cafe’s, restaurants and shops, however for more choice, Central Manchester is just a short drive or bus ride away. There is a large Sainsburys supermarket just 5 minutes from the apartment. Getting Around: Central Manchester and Central Salford can both be reached in around 25 minutes on foot, or a very short drive or bus journey. Manchester Piccadilly train station is a 15 minute taxi ride. Other Things to Note: The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics that you will need during your stay. Just bear in mind that it is kitted for 2 people. Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance. If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee. Late check-in fees: · For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is a £50 fee. · For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is a £75 fee.
