This bright and modern 2 bed apartment is located between central Manchester and Salford within a new development. The spacious interior has been tastefully finished, featuring comfortable furnishings and all the amenities needed for up to 4 guests to enjoy a comfortable stay in the city, including free wifi. Just 2 minutes walk from Anchorage Metrolink You will be within easy reach of both Manchester city centre and Salford - The ideal base for the city!
The Space:
This modern apartment is set within a contemporary development and features comfortable furnishings as well as modern appliances. Situated on the 26th floor, there are stunning views out of every window. You will find a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals at home, a dining table, sofa, armchair and Tv. There is high speed broadband throughout the apartment, as well as a smart Tv with Catch up Tv Apps. There are 2 bedrooms - 1 with a double bed, and another with 2 single beds (unfortunately we cannot change bed configuration). Each comfortable bed is made up with crisp hotel linen, and there are also fluffy towels included for your use. The modern and clean bathroom features a shower (over bath), toilet and sink, as well as complimentary toiletries for your use.

The Neighborhood:
Located between central Manchester and Salford, at about 30 minutes walk in either direction, this is the perfect base to explore all that Manchester has to offer. On your doorstep there are a number of cafe’s, restaurants and shops, however for more choice, Central Manchester is just a short drive or tram ride away. Close to the canal, as well as a couple of parks, there are plenty of nearby places to enjoy an evening walk and some fresh air. There is a Tesco and a Co-op supermarket within a 2 minute walk.
Getting Around:
Central Manchester and Central Salford can both be reached in around 30 minutes on foot, or a very short drive or 15 minute tram journey. Manchester Piccadilly train station is a 15 minute taxi ride.
Other Things to Note:
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics that you will need during your stay. Just bear in mind that it is kitted for 2 people.
Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance.
If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee.
Late check-in fees:
· For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is a £50 fee.
· For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is a £75 fee.
For security reasons:
· We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.
· No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.
