This modern and spacious 1 bedroom apartment is located within easy reach of both Birmingham and Solihull and is part of a quiet development. You will find everything required for up to 2 guests to enjoy a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen/open plan living area, a modern family bathroom, as well as complimentary amenities. The stylish and bright interior has been finished to a high standard and features comfortable furnishings, modern fixtures and fittings and plenty of room for up to 2 guests. There’s a generous double bedroom, with a comfortable bed made up with crisp hotel linen and storage space for clothes. The open plan living area comprises a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals at home, a sofa, armchair and smart TV. There is high speed broadband throughout the apartment. There is a modern family bathroom, with a shower over bath, as well as complimentary toiletries with fluffy towels for your use.

The Neighborhood:
Situated in the Sheldon area of Birmingham, a slightly quieter neighbourhood, but still within easy reach of the city - the best of both worlds! Birmingham centre can be reached in around 20 minutes by car or bus. There’s an array of shops, restaurants and bars all on your doorstep, with a large Tesco supermarket just opposite the property and a large retail park just 5 minutes away. Sheldon park is just 2 minutes from the apartment, perfect for a morning stroll. Solihull is also just a 15 minute drive away or 30 minute bus
Getting Around:
There are a number of shops, bars and restaurants all within walking distance of the property, and there is a Tesco just opposite. Central Birmingham can be reached within 20 minutes by car or on the X2 bus. Solihull can also be reached on the X2 bus in 20 minutes, or a 15 minute drive.
