Located a few steps from Olinda beach, in Vila do Conde, the apartment combines the comfort of a true home with the charm of a holiday by the sea. Relax on the balcony with a private barbecue, feel the ocean breeze and enjoy unique moments with family or friends. ️ The space: The apartment was recently renovated and offers a comfortable living room for post-beach relaxation. With direct access to the terrace and private barbecue, imagine yourself savouring a delicious barbecue while socialising with your loved ones and enjoying the pure sea air. The kitchen is properly equipped, with all the essentials: Stove, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, various utensils and everything you need to prepare from simple meals to more elaborate dinners. The two rooms were renovated and designed to provide a calm and rejuvenating rest after a day at the beach or pool: * 1 room with a double bed and air conditioning; * 1 room with two single beds and air conditioning. It also has 1 complete bathroom and a service toilet. Exclusive Access and Privacy Enjoy privacy and exclusive access during your stay. You will not share the apartment with other people (except for the people registered in your booking) Guest Expectations Note: we have carefully detailed all the amenities and features of our apartment. If an item or service is not mentioned, it is not available and will not be provided as an exception. We love hosting and intend to make your stay as comfortable as possible, but we also believe in setting clear and fair expectations about what is included. Access to the swimming pool may be done in two ways and instructions will be given on the day of check-in. Other things to take into account: We love that our guests appreciate the uniqueness of our space. Here are some gentle reminders to ensure a harmonious stay: • Respect for the apartment: treat our home as if it were your own. Please keep the space clean and report any damages immediately. We provide everything you need to make your stay comfortable and we ask you to use all amenities responsibly. • Conviviality within the condominium: our condominium is a safe place designed so that everyone has a good experience. We ask you to respect the peace and privacy of our neighbours. Minimise noise, especially during late hours, and treat people with courtesy. • Environmental Awareness: Help keep the beach clean after your visit. Collect your rubbish and keep it clean. Conserve water whenever possible and ensure that lights and electronic devices are switched off when not in use. • Additional fee: Vila do Conde implemented the Municipal Tourist Tax at a rate of 1€ per night and per person up to a maximum of 14 nights. OTA does not have a protocol to charge this fee directly at the time of booking. Therefore, payment should be made upon arrival. Children up to years exempt..
