Quietly situated on the 2nd floor of a modern three-story building, this holiday home enjoys gorgeous views of the river, mountains and surrounding landscapes. Guests can enjoy alfresco mealtimes on the balcony or simply relax with an apéritif and enjoy the alpine air.
The contemporary interior features a bright and airy, open plan living space furnished with a single sofa bed, a dining table and a Smart digital flatscreen HDTV. This space also incorporates the kitchen, which is fitted with a Moka coffee machine, an induction hob, a dishwasher, a microwave and a fridge.

This holiday home is ideally situated on the banks of the River Sarca in the picturesque town of Arco. Renowned as the rock-climbing capital of Italy, Arco has a rich history with medieval streets, elegant villas and a castle. Castello di Arco (a 14-minute walk / 7-minute drive) is perched on a rocky outcrop above the town, offering views of the valley and Lake Garda.
Arco’s town centre, with its wide selection of local amenities, supermarkets and eateries, is just a 5–10-minute walk away.
The town is surrounded by the mountains of the Southern Alps and hosts the annual Rock Master Festival, attracting climbers from all over the world. The ‘Rock Master’ climbing stadium is a 2-minute drive.
Cyclists will find the River Sarca bike path on the doorstep with many more opportunities for hiking, mountain biking and paragliding in the surrounding countryside.
