The spacious great room invites cozy gatherings with a large sectional sofa, sleek fireplace, and flat-screen TV—perfect for relaxing after a day outdoors. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and all the essentials to make cooking effortless. Share meals around the dining table for six, or step out to the expansive balcony for BBQ dinners under the pines. Each home is provided with Short Term Tenant cards that allow access to Tahoe Donner amenities. Guests have access to public amenities, including the Downhill Ski Resort, Cross Country Ski Center, Snowplay area, Golf Course, Bikeworks, Equestrian Center, and on-site restaurants. Access to private amenities such as the Beach Club Marina, Trout Creek Recreation Center, Northwoods Pool, and Tennis and Pickleball Center requires a valid Short Term Tenant Card and payment of daily access fees at the time of entry. One card is required per person, per day, for guests age 3 and older. Tahoe Donner Private Amenity Access Update (2026): Private amenities require a valid Short Term Tenant Card and payment of daily access fees. Private amenities are not available to short-term rental guests during select peak and holiday blackout periods (public amenities remain available). 2026 Private Amenity Blackout Dates: • Jan 17 to 19 • Feb 14 to 16 • May 23 to 25 • July 1 to 5 • Sept 5 to 7 • Nov 26 to 29 • Dec 24 to Jan 3 (2027) Property Manager provides an upscale experience with services that elevate your stay and save time so you can enjoy every moment. Local Attractions: The Shops at Heavenly Village, Lakeside Beach, El Dorado Beach, Zephyr Cove Resort, Edgewood Tahoe Golf Course, Camp Richardson, Emerald Bay State Park, Baldwin Beach, and Lake Tahoe Boulevard restaurants and cafés. Home Truths: - This home allows up to 2 dogs for a fee; undisclosed pets brought without Property Manager’s approval may result in a $500 fine per pet. - Please note that all Tahoe Donner short-term rental homes are subject to amenity blackout dates beginning January 1, 2026. During these blackout periods, short-term tenants will not have access to private Tahoe Donner amenities, including the recreation centers. - Please note: The outdoor grill is stored away during the winter months and is unavailable for use. Parking Details: - Please make sure you park only in the designated property parking locations. If your home offers street parking, please make sure you read all posted signage. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit to be charged after booking. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. There is nothing more important to us at Property Manager than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We’ve enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions. As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards. IDs will be requested for verification after booking.
