Enjoy watching lobstermen haul their traps and seals play offshore—this is classic Maine coastal living at its finest.
Inside, the recently renovated cottage features shiplap walls, designer-curated decor, and a cozy, rustic-chic atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen includes cookware, dishware, and glassware (note: no dishwasher). Baseboard heating ensures comfort, and ceiling fans in both bedrooms help keep the air cool during summer months.
The primary bedroom offers a queen-size bed, and the second bedroom features a full-size bed. A shared bathroom includes a ¾-size shower. The home accommodates up to four guests comfortably.
On the Rocks includes parking for two vehicles. A scenic, softly lit walking path leads you down three flights of stairs to this private coastal hideaway—ideal for travelers seeking quiet, nature-filled surroundings.
Please note: Due to stairs and uneven terrain, this property is not suitable for guests with mobility issues. Woodstove is not for guest use.
Located just 10 minutes from Boothbay Harbor, you’ll have easy access to shopping, dining, whale watches, boat tours, and the Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens.
