Newly restored and furnished in Sept ’25 it is a perfect location for exploring the city as, not only it is very central, it is also close the San Tomà public boat stop that can take you both to the train station and car parks via Rialto and to the Lido of Venice via San Marco Square. The kitchen is fully equipped and the air conditioning is independent. Heating is managed by the palace directly and there is a lift to the floor. The apartment is on the third floor and it is part of a set of 3 apartments on the same floor owned by the same family and manged by us.
