Guests can relax in seven King en-suites, unwind in the movie theater, or enjoy Sedona’s sunshine beside the heated pool and hot tub. From morning hikes to stargazing on the balcony, Chapel Palace provides the ultimate destination for unforgettable Sedona getaways. The home home has an elevator that provides easy access between the two floors.
This exquisite home spans over 6,662 square feet across two spacious levels, including guest house, featuring seven King bedrooms with private bathrooms, multiple living areas, and two full kitchens, comfortably accommodating up to 20 guests in complete privacy and style.
Entering the home, you are immediately greeted by floor-to-ceiling windows framing dramatic red rock formations and the Chapel itself. The open-concept design allows seamless flow between the great room, dining area, and chef’s kitchen—creating a space that feels both expansive and inviting.
Living Room
The main living room offers elegant designer furnishings such as the designer custom Red Rock LED light artwork, a stone gas fireplace, and panoramic red rock views from the giant picture windows. This living space offers two seating areas; one side with sectional around the tv the other with a sofa and two swivel chairs with a custom YAHTZEE coffee table, that doubles as an Infinity game table with 100’s of digitized classic games. Step out onto the covered patio to enjoy al fresco lounging or morning coffee while soaking in Sedona’s famous desert landscape. You will find a bar area near the living space complete with an ice maker and a cabinet full of board games including a karaoke machine-this owner has thought of everything and entertainment options are immense.
Kitchen
The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with premium appliances, a large center island with bar seating for four, and a breakfast nook overlooking the mountains. A second full kitchen on the upper level ensures effortless entertaining for large groups.
Dining Area
Enjoy memorable meals around the grand dining table, which seats up to 14 guests, or dine outdoors near the covered patio complete with BBQ kitchen, fan, and lighting.

Hot tub maintained at 104°F and professionally serviced between stays. Covered outdoor kitchen with BBQ grill, extra kitchen island, mini fridge, al fresco dining for 16, and two oversized umbrellas for shade. Enjoy playing corn hole on the lawn, numerous pool floats and a fireable with ample seating to take in the views, stars and amazing amenity stocked yard.
Guests have full access to the entire home, including pool, hot tub, theater, and all amenities.
Other Things to Note
Pool heating fee: Enjoy a large private pool and patio with panoramic red rock views. $150/day (84°F max; must be above 60°F outdoors); advance notice required for pool heating. The pool may be fenced upon request. Pool heat is unavailable from Nov 1 – Mar 31 due to seasonal temps. *Pool temperatures are not guaranteed.
