Welcome to Jordanelle Sage & Stone! This spacious townhome is just 1 mile from the Ross Creek entrance to Jordanelle State Park and Reservoir. Enjoy winter skiing at Park City Mountain Resort, Deer Valley Village, and Deer Valley only an 8-minute drive away. In summer, explore hiking, biking, and water activities at the reservoir. This spacious townhouse spans 2,718 square feet, boasting 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests.
Upon arrival, guests enter through the garage or front door and ascend a flight of stairs to the 2nd/main level living area, featuring a vaulted ceiling and an open floor plan.
Living Room: The living room offers comfortable furnishings, a gas fireplace, and Smart TV, in a space that is flooded with natural light. Step out onto the patio to unwind in the calming hot tub or fire up the gas BBQ for an al fresco dining experience.
Kitchen: The kitchen is a chef’s dream with stylish stone countertops, Viking stainless steel appliances, including a 6-burner gas range, and a center island with bar seating for four. Enjoy the convenience of a drip coffee maker and a kettle, as well as streaming music with the Sonos speaker while you cook.
Dining Area: Adjacent to the kitchen is a lovely wood dining table with cushion chairs and bench seating for 8-10 diners, situated adjacent to the living room and kitchen.
Bedrooms / Bathrooms
Master Bedroom 1 (Level One) — A versatile suite featuring a queen bed, dedicated office desk with printer, and a cozy twin chair that pulls out into a bed. A roll-out trundle in the closet provides additional sleeping space. The en suite bathroom includes a single sink vanity and a tub/shower combo with glass doors.
Master Bedroom 2 (Main Level / Level Two) — The primary master retreat offers a king bed, Smart TV, and generous closet space. The luxurious en suite bath includes double sinks, a stand-alone glass shower, a separate deep soaking tub, and radiant in-floor heating for ultimate comfort.
Bedroom 3 (Third Floor) — Furnished with a queen bed and an additional twin trundle, this bedroom is spacious and bright. (No TV is currently installed, but one can be added upon request.)
Bedroom 4 (Third Floor) — Designed with families in mind, this room features a twin-over-full bunk bed with an additional twin trundle underneath.
Shared Bathroom (Third Floor) — Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a convenient full bathroom with modern finishes.
Additional Bathrooms — A stylish half bath is located on the main level for guests’ ease.

Garage / Parking — Attached two-car garage, with one space available for guest use. The other bay is reserved for storage. Driveway parking is available (maximum of three vehicles total between garage and driveway). Street parking is not permitted.
