On the 1st floor, without elevator, of a classic beautiful parisian building, this magnificent apartment opens onto a very large living and dining room, bright and decorated with refinement.
The high ceilings as well as the moldings give it an exceptional charm.
The living room, majestic and air-conditioned, consists of a dining area with a beautiful glass table, as well as a lounge area equipped with a comfortable sofa, and a smart TV.
The closed kitchen is fully equipped and has all the necessary household appliances to allow you to spend a stay "like at home". A laundry room is at your disposal as well as a comfortable dining area.
The first bedroom is located in the entrance, so it is isolated from the rest of the apartment for more privacy. It is composed of a Queen-Size bed and has its own adjoining bathroom, equipped with a shower. Storage spaces are at your disposal.
The master suite is equipped with a large dressing room, a King-Size bed, a flat-screen smart TV, as well as an adjoining bathroom with a beautiful walk-in shower . This suite is air-conditioned.
The other two bedrooms share a connecting bathroom with a bathtub.
One is equipped with a double bed, the second with a Queen-Size bed, storage space and air conditioning.
At the cutting edge of technology, the apartment is equipped with high speed fiber optic Wi-Fi.
For maximum comfort, this apartment has hotel quality bedding, sheets and towels, a washing machine and a dryer. The kitchen is equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, a wine cellar, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and a combined fridge.
