Step outside and you are mere moments from the Deer Valley Café and the free Park City shuttle stop — offering quick access to the best of Park City, including Canyons Village and Kimball Junction. Whether you’re chasing fresh powder or summer trails, this is the perfect home base.
This property spans 2,064 square feet across two stylish levels, with three bedrooms and three full bathrooms to comfortably accommodate up to seven guests.
From the assigned space in the communal garage, take the stairs up to the main level and condo entrance. Inside, convenient ski/snowboard racks and a gear-friendly entryway welcome your arrival.
Living Room:
Relax in a contemporary sunken living room featuring luxury furnishings, vaulted ceilings, and large windows and slider door that frame serene wooded and mountain views. Sink into a plush sofa or swivel chairs as you enjoy the 55” LG Smart TV with cable, or gather around the cozy gas fireplace in the additional sitting nook, holding four additional swivel chairs. Step out onto the private patio overlooking the tranquil Deer Valley Pond.
Gourmet Kitchen & Dining:
Create meals with ease in the fully equipped, chef’s kitchen featuring a sleek center island, stylish stone countertops, and high-end stainless appliances — including a Dacor fridge/freezer with dual ice options, Wolf induction cooktop and wall convection oven, microwave, and combo drip/Keurig coffee maker. The kitchen is stocked with spices and essentials. Enjoy meals at the elegant oval dining table with seating for six, perfectly placed next to the kitchen in the sunken living room, or at the center kitchen island with seating for three.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
Primary Suite (2nd Level): A full-floor private retreat with a king bed, 50” Sony TV with Apple TV, a private balcony, and an en suite bathroom with dual sinks, a water closet, and a luxurious steam shower encased in glass and tile.
Bedroom 2 (Main Level): Queen bed, 50” Panasonic TV with cable, ample closet space, and an en suite bathroom with stone counter vanity and a separate tub/shower combo.
Bedroom 3 (Main Level): Full-size bed with twin trundle, 32” Samsung Smart TV, and access to the full shared bathroom, which includes a stone vanity, walk-in shower, and a stacked washer/dryer.
Outdoor Spaces:
Enjoy fresh mountain air from two private outdoor spaces: a main-level patio with Deer Valley Pond and mountain views and two folding lounge chairs, and a secluded balcony off the primary suite.
Community Amenities: Access to scenic walking/biking trails throughout Lower Deer Valley. You can also rent paddle boards in the summer at the pond.
