We offer sleeping space for up to 6 guests (a king bed in each bedroom plus a sleeper sofa and full bed in the loft. Please note there is a ladder leading up to the loft and the space is small) plus bedding and new linens. Overlooking Tamarindo Bay, we are conveniently located within walking distance of all the amenities you’ll need for a wonderful vacation. Our unit is fully furnished, with a covered parking spot located just steps from the front door. A professional cleaning service ensures the home will be perfectly set up and ready for your arrival. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $1,500. We understand accidents happen, so we’ve got your back! However, if we determine damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself. *Important* If you are a Costa Rica resident booking with a local credit card, you will get charged IVA from your bank automatically aside from the OTA tax and will need to handle this directly with your bank.
