The Diria condos are nestled in lush tropical gardens behind a huge lagoon pool with a swim-up bar, very tranquil despite the convenient town-center location. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $1,750. We understand accidents happen, so we’ve got your back! However, if we determine damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself. *Important* If you are a Costa Rica resident booking with a local credit card, you will get charged IVA from your bank automatically aside from the OTA tax and will need to handle this directly with your bank.
