They’re available daily from 9AM–2AM CST to answer questions, handle any issues, and provide assistance—from the moment you book, through your entire stay, and even after checkout. You’ll receive an email or text from Enso Connect with simple instructions to finalize the process. A $300 security deposit is also required. This is not a charge but a hold, released after checkout as long as the property is left in good condition and house rules are respected.
