The adjoining kitchen is appointed with all stainless steel appliances and everything you could need to whip up exquisite homemade meals and treats. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
There can be another group of guests renting the main home that is separated by a breezeway.
The Hot tub is a shared amenity with the the main home Big River Lodge.
Check-in Form: To ensure a smooth and secure stay for all guests, we kindly require completion of our short check-in form after booking. This includes signing our standard rental agreement and verifying guest and payment information. It only takes a few minutes and helps us prepare the home for your arrival.
Pet Policy: We welcome up to 2 well-behaved dogs (50 lbs or under). A nightly pet fee applies and all pets must be disclosed at booking. Pets may not be left unattended unless crated, must stay off furniture, and guests are responsible for cleanup and reporting any damage. Undeclared pets or excessive mess may result in additional fees.
