The first floor boasts an open concept living, kitchen and dining area with new appliances, new counters and fresh paint throughout. You will feel like you are living the life of luxury as you lounge on the comfortable living room couches or have a seat around the 5 person kitchen bar area and take part in group conversations. The 4 person dining table ensures everyone can dine together and join in on the celebration. The large patio in the back provides the utmost sense of tranquility, while the home’s multiple private balconies offer a place of solitude at the end of the day. The second floor is where you will find the master suite, featuring a king bed and private balcony. The second floor is also home to one of the guest bedrooms with a queen bed and en suite bathroom. The other guest bedroom is a bunk room, featuring a twin over full bunk set. It is located on the third floor as well as a full bathroom and a second private balcony. After a little rest time indoors, take a short stroll to the community pool (heated seasonally*) or walk one block to the beach and sink your toes into the white sugar sand that makes the Emerald Coast famous.
