The townhome has a wonderful open concept layout on the first floor with a full kitchen, dining area, living area and screened porch overlooking the lake, golf course and marina. You will also find a half bathroom and newly constructed bunk room and queen sleeper sofa for convenience on the first floor. On the second floor you will find a master suite with private balcony and en suite bathroom. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and also an en suite bathroom. There is also a full size washer and dryer on the 2nd floor.
