We utilize minut noise aware sound monitoring devices in all our properties. They are set to the legal sound limit of 80 decibels or higher, for ten minutes or more. This is the sound of a pound lawn mower or 2 stroke engine. Please keep the noise levels below this, as anything reaching this level is breaking the house rules and the local government law.

Guest Interaction - Office Hours Monday to Friday 9 am to 6 pm - for emergencies after hours please call 000 for Fire, Ambulance or Police.

While the host does not meet guests in person, they remain readily available via phone or message to assist with any queries or provide recommendations during the stay. The host will only respond to emergencies after hours such as lock outs - non emergency situations for example - internet not operating or intercom not working after hours will be answered during office hours.

Beckenham is an emerging centre that is only 15 minutes from Perth’s CBD by rail. It has outstanding recreational facilities at Mills Park and within short cycling distance are the Canning River and Greater Brixton Street Wetlands.
An activity centre plan has been endorsed for the old Boral site that will make it the focus of a significant station adjoining mixed use, retail and residential development.
Mills Park is a state of the art community facility set in beautifully landscaped surrounds with expansive nature play opportunity. The facility offers halls and gathering spaces, a café, sports premises and an array of sporting facilities.

Beckenham Train Station is approximately 1km away (Armadale Line, around 15 minutes to Perth CBD).
