Here at Historic Comfort, you really take in the true history of St. Augustine! The history of the property is tied to the Flagler era, built around 1914 as a Colonial Revival style residence for Henry Flagler’s personal physician. It was part of the Model Land Company subdivision and was built on land that had a long colonial history, bordering an 18th-century defense line. The house has since undergone a significant restoration to provide the comfort you need to enjoy your stay!

Driving to the beach is less than a 10 minute drive.
Guests can also use rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft or call a taxi with cars available at all times of the day.
The old Town Trolley Tours and a great fun way to see the city with a hop-on, hop-off trolley service that offers stops throughout St. Augustine. The trolley makes 23 stops at or near popular destinations and departs every 15 minutes between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. The trolley picks up 1 block away at 38 Sevilla.
