Bedrooms & Bathrooms Upstairs Unit A: Two bedrooms, each with a Queen bed, generous closet space, dressers, and serene garden views. Shared full bathroom with tub and shower. Upstairs Unit B: One bedroom with a Queen bed. One bedroom with two Twin beds—ideal for kids or friends. Convenient powder room downstairs and a shared full bathroom upstairs. Living Spaces The two spacious living areas—each with cable TV, Wi-Fi, and cozy dining nooks—provide plenty of room for everyone to spread out or come together. With two fully stocked kitchens featuring full-sized appliances, cookware, china, and flatware, meal prep for a crowd is a breeze. A washer and dryer are included for your convenience. Outdoor Courtyard Step into your private courtyard garden, a peaceful oasis featuring a bubbling fountain, manicured boxwoods, and softly glowing crepe myrtle trees. It’s the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening drinks under the stars. Please let us know before booking. *We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a nearby convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay. *If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room. *Crib and high chair available through a third party as an optional add-on and must be ordered 48 hours in advance in order to guarantee it is in the home prior to guest arrival.
