Each residence has its own private entrance, ensuring a perfect balance of connection and independence for every member of your group. The Sunflower Suite 🌻 Step inside this charming two-bedroom, two-bath historic home featuring original fireplaces, French doors, and dual piazzas perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails. A fully equipped kitchen and open living/dining area make it perfect for socializing, while upstairs bedrooms each offer king beds, ensuite bathrooms, and clawfoot tubs for a touch of vintage Charleston luxury. The Sapphire Suite 💎 This elegant three-bedroom, three-bath residence offers open-concept living with exposed brick, high ceilings, and a bright, modern kitchen with a four-seat island. Each king bedroom includes its own ensuite, and a private outdoor café table offers a quiet spot to start or end your day. Ideal for gathering over dinner or relaxing in style after exploring King Street. The Carriage House 🏠 Tucked behind the main home, the Carriage House is a beautifully renovated three-bedroom, three-bath retreat with vaulted ceilings, an airy open kitchen and living area, and French doors that lead to a private piazza. Every bedroom includes a king bed and ensuite bath, making it a favorite for couples or families craving both comfort and privacy. Outdoor Spaces & Parking Enjoy multiple private piazzas, porches, and outdoor seating areas, each surrounded by the charm of Charleston’s historic architecture. There is off-street parking behind the property (best suited for compact vehicles). Location Nestled in Cannonborough-Elliotborough, one of Charleston’s most walkable and vibrant neighborhoods, you’ll be surrounded by local cafés, bakeries, and restaurants while being just minutes from the Historic District and waterfront. Whether you’re celebrating, relaxing, or exploring, The Queen’s Palace offers the ultimate downtown Charleston experience — convenient, elegant, and unmistakably Southern. *Pet fee: Our home is pet friendly. We have a $200 per pet fee. We limit to 2 dogs in the home and we have a very strict no cat policy. Only dogs are allowed at the home. Please be sure to add the dog to your guest count when booking and reach out for permission to bring the second dog before booking.  *We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a nearby convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay. *If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room. *Crib and high chair available through a third party as an optional add-on and must be ordered 48 hours in advance in order to guarantee it is in the home prior to guest arrival.
