Our fun and unique townhome is designed for families, comfortably accommodating up to 18 guests. Kids will love the Mickey Mouse, Minions, and Mario Bros-themed bedrooms, each one connected by playful passages and even a slide! Start in Mickey’s room, crawl through, and slide down into the fun with the Minions, and continue the adventure through a hidden passage to the world of Mario Bros! With a private pool, magical spaces for the little ones, and all the comforts of home, this is your perfect Orlando getaway. Whether you’re unwinding by the pool or watching your kids explore their very own indoor playground, there’s something for everyone to love! Important Note: Please be aware that this vacation rental is located in a newly developed area of the resort, and nearby construction will be ongoing. Rest assured, the private pool area is not affected by construction, so you can still enjoy a peaceful and private outdoor experience. • Community: Solara Resort, Kissimmee, Orlando. Please ensure all vehicles are parked in designated parking areas only. Cookware and utensils are also provided for your convenience. • Open-concept, family-friendly layout. • Iron, washer & dryer • Comfortable appointed beds • Pack ’n Play and highchair available upon request for free. If an additional set is needed, a $35 fee will apply. • Private pool (heating for an additional cost of $50 USD per day) • Pet-friendly with $135 fee per pet (non-refundable) • Valet trash service (refer to specific rules in check-in instructions) • Shared community amenities including a wave simulator ($35 per person), splash pad, ice cream parlor, multiple sports courts, fitness center, and so much more! • We provide a small starter kit, which includes: o 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom o 1 hand soap per bathroom o 1 shampoo and 1 conditioner per bathroom o 1 sponge in the kitchen o 1 dishwasher soap in the kitchen o 1 paper towel in the kitchen o 1 laundry detergent o 1 garbage bag Guests are welcome to bring along any extra supplies they might need, as our starter kit includes only the essentials to get you settled in. Linens and towels are provided for your convenience. Guests are responsible for washing them during their stay, and a washer and dryer are available at the house. Please note that washcloths are not included, as they are considered personal items. Rules and guidelines for your comfort: POOL: We clean the pool weekly, with or without guests. If you would like to be notified in advance, please let us know so there is no inconvenience. Please do not manipulate any of the pool equipment, if you need assistance, we will be more than happy to send a specialist. PARTY/EVENTS - No parties or loud activities allowed. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges, and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, our community patrols will contact the authorities and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. SMOKING AND DRUGS – Smoking inside the property is prohibited. If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind inside the property or around the community, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. DISTURBANCES: Guests shall behave in a civilized manner and shall be good neighbors, noise or disturbances that interfere with the quiet enjoyment of their property should not be made. Outdoor noise or noise being carried outside from inside the home should be kept to a minimum regardless of the hour and in compliance with the local Noise Ordinance. Please feel free to call the authorities if there is any noise from outside that violates local laws.
