Our professionally designed suite has all the comforts of home with all of the consistency of a luxury hotel. Each suite includes a full kitchen, living and dinning area as well as independent bedrooms. Each suite is fully stocked with bathroom essentials, luxurious towels and high quality bedding. On property, guests can enjoy our roofdeck and heated pool. Our pool deck is a perfect place to cool off in the afternoon and have a cocktail before heading out to dinner. During parade season it’s the perfect spot to catch the parades as they roll down the Avenue. We are steps from historic St. Charles Avenue and within walking distance of bars, restaurants and the best of New Orleans CBD and Warehouse District. We are a 6 minute uber ride or 10 minute streetcar ride to the French Quarter. Our prime location in the heart of the city puts you within a 10 minute ride or less of Tulane University, Audubon Zoo, Audubon Park, Garden district, Superdome/NOLA Arena, WWII Museum, Mardi Gras World, and the French Quarter. Our hotel is located in an urban environment within close proximity to a mix of uses, including residential, retail, commercial and light industrial. Exterior noises may sometimes be heard in the house during normal business hours. Both suites are reserved for your exclusive use. To access the french quarter, walk one block over to Carondelet street and hop on the streetcar until the end of the line of the line at Canal Street. The French Quarter begins on the other side of Canal. To head Uptown, take the streetcar directly in front of the hotel. The line will take you through the Garden District, past the Universities and Audubon Park before turning up Carrollton Street where you can get off at Oak street to enjoy its shops and restaurants before terminating at Carrollton and Claiborne Avenues.
