The swimming pool, located on the 22nd floor, is open 6 days a week, Tuesday to Sunday, from 7 AM to 10 PM (and closed every Monday for periodic maintenance & cleaning). The gym, located on the 21st floor, is open 7 days a week, from 7 AM to 10 PM. A parking space inside the building can be added to your apartment rental at an extra cost of 7 USD/night, 35 USD/week, or 120 USD/month. Please inquire if you wish to add this to your reservation. Each use of the building’s barbecue grill on the 22nd-floor terrace carries a cost of approximately 400-500 pesos, payable directly to the building administration.
