This flat is fully equipped with A/C, high-speed internet, as well as a laundry room for your convenience. As a guest of this property, we also include complimentary amenities such as salt, pepper, cooking oil, shampoo, and soap. There are other bonus items for your personal use, such as beach towels, folding beach chairs, a cooler, and more. The property features a smart TV where guests can access their own streaming services, but cable service is not provided. The parking lot for two cars is free. Parking at our property is autonomous and more environmentally friendly, using a reusable card that you’ll receive upon arrival. The beach is only a 1-minute walk from the property and is perfect for swimming, kayaking, and stand-up paddleboarding. Las Catalinas Beach Club – Daily Pass Options: Beach Club Adult Pass: $30 USD + 13% VAT, with $15 redeemable in consumables. Access subject to availability. Las Catalinas is 51 kilometers (31 miles) away from Liberia Airport, which makes for approximately a one-hour drive by car.
