This beautifully upgraded 1-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom townhome offers sweeping views of the Bay Course and unforgettable Maui sunsets. Located on the terrace level for easy, stair-free access, this villa comfortably accommodates up to four guests and is fully equipped with central A/C. Spanning 1,100 square feet, the villa has been updated to the Kapalua Villas Gold Standard and showcases coastal-inspired decor, granite countertops, hardwood cabinetry, and top-of-the-line appliances.
The open floor plan leads to a spacious lanai—ideal for dining al fresco or unwinding with a glass of wine as the sun sets over the greens. Upstairs, the extended master suite offers added space and privacy, complete with a California King bed, flat-screen TV, and an ensuite bath with a tub/shower combo. Downstairs, a Queen sleeper sofa provides extra sleeping space. For added convenience, the unit also includes a washer/dryer combo.

Kapalua Golf Villa 15T2 is professionally managed by Quam Properties. The condo will be supplied with a beach towel, a beach chair for each registered guest, and a cooler for your use during your stay. We also provide a one-time starter kit of essentials, including detergents, a roll of paper towels, toilet paper, toiletries, bath towel sets, and linens.
Cancellation Policy:
**For Short Stays (Less than 30 nights):
- Guests may cancel outside of 30 days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.
- Cancellations made 29-14 days before of the arrival date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total payment.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 13 days of the arrival date.
**For Longer Stays (30+ nights):
- Guests may cancel outside of thirty (30) days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations within thirty (30) days of the arrival date.
