Marbéa Suite greets you to a modern, coastal design space that seamlessly connects the living room and dining areas with a palette of blues, whites, grays and black textured wall hangings. LIVING ROOM The living room is anchored by a sofa adorned with a mix of textured pillows, which complements the palette of the room and a flat-screen Smart TV, creating a clean and modern entertainment area. Stylish accents combined with an amazing view to the marina, ocean and mountains. The sliding glass doors lead to a balcony with dinning area and unparalleled ocean view, inviting natural light and extending the living space for an airy, open feel. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS All 3 bedrooms feature AC, closet space, blackout shades and carry the coastal charm with wooden headboards, light linens, bright lighting and amazing ocean, marina and mountains views, providing a tranquil oasis to recharge. The master bedroom comfortably sleeps 2 guests on a dreamy King size bed that oversees a jaw-dropping marina and mountains view through glass windows. Waking up in this piece of heaven is quite the experience. The second bedrooms comfortably accommodates 4 guests on a queen size bed and a pull out full size bed and the third bedroom sleeps 2 more guests on a comfortable queen size bed. KITCHEN The fully equipped kitchen includes all the necessary appliances to prepare your favorite meals; stove, oven, refrigerator, a coffee maker and all essentials for dining in, perfect for preparing fresh local fare. RESTROOM The bathrooms are modern, spa-like spaces with floor to ceiling marble tiles and upscale toiletries. BALCONY Outside, the balcony offers outdoor dinning furniture for savoring sunrises and sunsets over the water. Enjoy watching marine life like manatees, sea turtles, dolphins and manta rays while enjoying your favorite meals with you friends and family. AMENITIES Just steps from a huge shared pool, basketball and tennis, and racketball courts. A short drive away from nearby beaches, this retreat is fully equipped for a seamless stay—whether you’re lounging at home, exploring the island, or simply soaking in the surroundings. Guests have unrestricted access to all spaces inside of the apartment and can enjoy all of the amenities that Dos Marinas has to offer. From a huge pool with ocean and mountain views, sun loungers, outdoor shower to tennis, basketball, pickleball court, racquet ball courts and laundry area. Pool hours are from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. We strongly recommend renting a vehicle to move around when traveling to Fajardo, PR. Uber and cab drivers are not reliable in the area. Fajardo is well known for its wide array of activities and destinations. There’s so many places to visit and things to do inside this wonderful beach town and just short drives away from the condo that you absolutely wouldn’t want to miss out on. Marbéa Suite is located on a 6th floor. Dos Marinas has elevators. • San Juan’s Luis Muñoz Marin International Airport is located 32.8 miles away from Dos Marinas. You should expect a 45-55 minute drive between each location. • El Yunque National Rainforest is only 12.5 miles away. LAUNDRY In unit laundry is available for 6+ night stays completely complimentarily. Guests with reservations under 6 nights may request access to in-unit laundry prior to check-in for a $20 per the amount of nights of the reservation. The building also has a communal coin laundry area available for guests. Since Puerto Rico is a territory of the United States, American citizens and permanent residents don’t need a passport to travel to the Island. However, they must always travel with a valid ID, such as driver license or a state ID card.
